Capital Projects
The Department of Capital Projects supports the UT System campuses and institutions with the administration of the University’s capital improvement programs and Real Property and Space Administration.
Budget and Planning
Coordinates budgeting and financial management for all capital projects and reviews all contracts and transactions.
Design and Construction
Administers design and construction of all facilities and capital improvement projects.
Real Property and Space Administration
Coordinates all real property transactions, including gift, acquisitions, disposals, easements and agreements.
